Hailing from Witchita, KS, XV isn't exactly new to the scene. Vizzy dropped "Complex" back in 07 and has since had trouble getting any real attention. Over the past year and several mixtapes, it seems as though he was finally getting some love. Then, in July, XV finally inked a deal with Warner Bros. Everybody's Nobody isn't new by any means, having been released in 2009, but it serves as a great mixtape to introduce XV to new fans.
