Don't really know a whole lot about The Weeknd but I heard this FreeLP today and knew I had to post it. Trying to categorize it pretty difficult considering their sound varies so frequently. At times, the instrumentation resembles that of an Indie band while the lyrics and vocals occasionally resemble The-Dream. Best thing to do: just give them a listen. Call it what you want, I'll call it good music.
